   Following the events of the finale of the first season, Optimus, as Orion, is converted into a Decepticon when Megatron takes advantage of his amnesia. Jack goes on a mission to help the Autobots restore Optimus' memory and they eventually succeed. With his memory restored, Optimus regains the power of the Matrix as well as his leadership of the Autobots. The main theme for the rest of the season is the discovery of ancient relics from Cybertron buried on Earth with the Transformers fighting over each new discovery which ultimately leads their battle all the way back to Cybertron. New characters introduced in the second season include a young Autobot named Smokescreen, Optimus' old mentor Alpha Trion, Optimus' evil twin Nemesis Prime, and the Decepticons known as Shockwave and Dreadwing as well as a swarm of Insecticons led by Hardshell. At the end of the season, both sides fight for control over the four Omega Keys (which can activate the Omega Lock, the only thing that can restore Cybertron) and Starscream returns to the Decepticons after going rogue for most of the season. Dreadwing is killed attempting to murder Starscream for turning Skyquake into a Terrorcon in the previous season, and both sides clash on Cybertron, with the Autobots gaining control of the keys. However, when the Decepticons steal the keys back and threaten to destroy all life on Earth with the Omega Lock, Optimus lashes out and destroys it. Little do the Autobots know, however, that Megatron used the Omega Lock to create a fortress, called Darkmount, outside the Autobots' base; the Decepticons having finally learned its location. When the other Autobots, Jack, Miko, and Raf evacuate the base to avoid capture, Optimus remains behind to destroy the Ground Bridge controls and is caught in an explosion caused by the Nemesis that destroys the Autobot base.

                                                  The film starts out with Scorch Supernova on a mission to rescue captured babies from a rival species. Scorch then returns back to Planet Baab where he is known as a famous hero, while at BASA his brother, Gary and Gary's son Kip are. Soon, Gary and Scorch receive a message from Lena the head of BASA, that Scorch will be sent to the "Dark Planet" (Earth) due to an SOS call. Scorch decides to go on the mission to the Dark planet, but Gary strongly discourages him from going.

                                               After further arguing finally Gary says that he won't be helping Scorch and quits BASA before Scorch can fire him. Gary then goes home to his wife Kira and Kip only to find out that Scorch has already gone on the mission to the Dark planet, while Kip is watching it on live TV in excitement.

                                    After the government has banned the activity of superheroes, billionaire industrialist Bruce Wayne was forced to retire from his Batman persona. Ten years later, Gotham City is overrun with crime and terrorized by a gang known as the Mutants.

Meanwhile, Superman — who works as a government operative in exchange for being allowed to covertly help people — is asked by the President to end Batman's vigilantism. Framing these events is a growing hostility between the USA and the Soviet Union over possession of the island of Corto Maltese.

                                                   Long ago in the city of Jinzhao, Rhino (Paul Scheer), Ox (Dennis Haysbert) and Croc (Tony Leondis) are small-time pit fighters who attracted the attention of Grand Master Oogway (Randall Duk Kim), who, seeing their talent and focus, wished them to find something worthy to fight for.

                                                  As the trio fought themselves to a standstill, two of the villainous Wu Sisters were freeing their leader and eldest sister Su Wu (Sumalee Montano). To recapture them, Oogway persuades Rhino, Ox and Croc into helping him find the sisters at Hubei Volcano. However, to his disappointment, Oogway has to appeal to them with vague prospects of being put on a path to riches to get that cooperation.

                                                 While the Wu Sisters plot to unite the various criminal gangs to seize control of China, Master Oogway has to brush off each of his compatriot's petty proposals during the journey to abandon the others for their benefit.

                                                  At camp, Oogway eventually discovers that while Croc and Ox are motivated by narcissism and greed respectively, Rhino has a deep-seated need to win his dad Master Flying Rhino's (David Cowgill) respect.

                                                 To that, Oogway suggests to all of them that their current goals will only keep them wanting more, and changing their ways can lead to better lives for all.

The Penguins of Madagascar - Operation Blowhole

Plot
                                                       Private tells Marlene, Mason, and Phil of a past encounter that he and the other penguins had had with the evil dolphin Dr. Blowhole, but Marlene does not believe his tale. He tries to then show her a file on the mission, but is stopped by Skipper initially before Marlene begins to look at the documents and is unimpressed by them. Julien then comes by, telling everybody that he "is" to be a spy. Soon after, the zoo opens for the day and the animals disperse to their respective habitats.

                                                     Mort is soon seen to be bound by seaweed, and Julien is seen being taken away by an unknown creature; it is soon revealed that Dr. Blowhole had been spying on the penguins, and he appears to the penguins on their TV, informing them that he had captured Skipper's "best friend," Julien, and that he will "sleep with the fishes" if they try to interfere with his plans.

                                                     Skipper then insists that he is not best friends with Julien, but that rescuing the lemur is in order, as such is "the penguin way."
