THE BOONDOCKS ALL 3 SEASONS COMPLETE

The Boondocks is a social satire of American culture and race relations revolving around the lives of the Freeman family: ten-year-oldHuey, his younger brother, eight-year-old Riley, and their grandfather, Robert.The Boondocks takes place in the same place and time frame as its comic counterpart.

The Freeman family, having recently moved from the South Side of Chicago, Illinois to the peaceful suburb of Woodcrest, find different ways to cope with this acute change in setting as well as the drastically different suburban cultures and lifestyles to which they are exposed. The perspective offered by this mixture of cultures, lifestyles, and races provides for much of the comedy in this series.

Dennis The Menace Vol's 1 & 2 (1986)

                                               The young blond boy with a cowlick and a mischievous personality, Dennis the Menace, gets into numerous scrapes and adventures with his dog Ruff and his friends Joey, Margaret, Gina, Tommy, PeeBee and Jay.

                                              Dennis is an impulsive, angel-faced little devil who is always getting into scrapes whom end up tormenting his hapless next-door neighbor, Mr. Wilson (though Dennis always means well). Dennis finds himself involved in all kinds of wild adventures (some of which are fantasy-based like the international espionage and trips into the past stories) but always manages to save the day.

PLOT


The film opens with Gobber's house on fire and the Vikings and resident dragons getting it under control. Gobber is convinced that his old nemesis The Boneknapper Dragon, a giant, yet perfectly silent dragon (the only one with no roar) that clothes itself in bones for armor, is responsible. However no one else believes that the Boneknapper even exists, much less that it burned his house, especially when the evidence suggests that the fire was started by his underwear drying at his hearth and catching fire.

In Ancient Egypt, Yocheved (Ofra Haza), a Hebrew slave, sees her fellow mothers' baby sons being taken away from them as ordered by Pharaoh Seti I(Patrick Stewart). Yocheved thus places her own son in a basket and sets it afloat on the Nile to be preserved by fate. Her daughter, Miriam, follows the basket and witnesses her baby brother being taken in by Queen Tuya (Helen Mirren) and names him Moses.

The origin story in the TV series differs greatly from that of the original Mirage Studios comics. In this version, Splinter was formerly a human being, an honorable ninja master named Hamato Yoshi. Yoshi was banished from the Foot Clan in Japan after being deceived by the seditious Oroku Saki, who pinned Hamato Yoshi's dogi to the wall with a knife, preventing him from kneeling before their sensei, which was seen as an insult. When Yoshi removed the knife, the sensei was again insulted, believing Yoshi was drawing the blade in opposition to him. Exiled from the ninja clan, the disgraced Yoshi moved to New York, where he was forced to live in the sewers.
